Microsoft Office 365 has a limit of 5 Devices for Office Installation.  These are instructions to remove an older device that is on your account.


1.    Log in to, and click on the “Office 365 Office Portal” icon.


2.    Once Signed in, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner that either has your initials or contains an avatar that you assigned to it. Click on “View Account.”


3.    Scroll down to Office Apps, and click “Manage”:


4.    Under Apps & devices, click on the down arrow next to “Devices”  

5.     Locate the device in which you want to Sign out; These will be labeled with the Computer name that they were assigned during the original setup.
Click “Sign Out” next to the device that you wish to sign out of.  This will free up a license for another device.
