How do I connect to SJUGuest - St. John's Guest Wireless?

Guest credentials are valid for 14 days access and can be renewed on the Sign In page.

Select the Wi-Fi icon on your computer.
- Windows Users: click the Wi-Fi icon located on the bottom right corner of your screen. If you don’t see it, click the up arrow on the left and it should be one of the icons listed.
- Select SJUGuest and click on "Connect"

Apple/Mac Users Click the Wi-Fi icon in the top bar on the right side.

Go to your web browser and type in any website such as www.stjohns.edu and hit Enter. You will be redirected to the Sign In page.
First time users click on “Request a Guest Wi-Fi Account”. Fill out the form and click “Continue”.

If your information was entered correctly, you will be directed to the approval page and you will receive your Login Credentials via Text&Email

Select “Continue” to return to the Sign In page. Enter the Username and Password sent to you and select “Sign In”. At this point, you will be connected to St. John’s wireless guest network.

Go to Settings.
- Android Users: select the “Connections” or “Wireless & Networks” tab, click “Wi-Fi”. Make sure Wi-Fi setting is ON.
- Apple/iOS Users: select “Wi-Fi”. Make sure Wi-Fi setting is on.
Search for available wireless networks and select SJUGuest.
You will be automatically redirected to the Sign In page or prompted to sign in to the Wi-Fi network.
If you are not redirected or prompted, go to your web browser and type in any website such as www.stjohns.edu and hit Enter. You will be redirected to the Sign In page.

From the Sign In page:
- Users with a Guest Account can proceed with sign in.
- First time users select “Request a Guest Wi-Fi Account”. Fill out the request form and press “Continue”.

If your information was entered correctly, you will be directed to the approval page and you will receive your Username and Password via Text & Email.
Select “Continue”. You will return to the Sign In page. Enter the Username and Password sent to you and select “Sign In”. At this point, you will be connected to St. John’s wireless guest network.
