This document will outline the procedure for Public Guests accessing and completing the St. John's Connect Campus Pass.
The Campus Pass may be completed either from a mobile device or a desktop web browser.

Using the Mobile App on Android or iOS 

1. Download the mobile app for either your smartphone or tablet device. The name of the app is “St. John's University Connect.” The app can be found on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store using the following links:

2. After installing the app on your mobile device, launch the app and click the Next button to continue.




3. On the “Choose your role” screen, select “Public Guests.”

 


4. On the "Guest" page, click "Sign Up with Email."




5. On the "Registration" Page, fill out your information and click "Register."

Check your e-mail for a verification code.

    If you don't see a verification code, please check your junk/spam folders.

    Additionally, you can add hello@involvio.com to your safe sender list.




7. On the "Verification page" type the code into the app to verify your e-mail.




8. Click the "Accept and Continue" button. 





9. On the "Campus Selection" page select the campus you are visiting by clicking on the "Campus' Name."



10. After a successful login, the mobile app’s home screen will be displayed. On the home screen, there will be a button with a red cross and the label “Campus Pass”. Click this button to complete your campus pass. 


If a red dot appears on the button, this signifies that you have not taken the campus pass for the day. You must complete the campus pass before your arrival on campus.




11. After completing the Campus Pass you will be presented with either a green or red pass. You must follow the instructions on the pass. You may be asked to display this pass at any time when on campus. You will also receive an email copy of this pass.


Using the Web App

1. Launch a web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge) from a computer and go to connect.stjohns.edu

2. On the “Select your role” screen, select “Public Guests.” 





3. On the “Sign up” screen, select “Sign up with Email.” 





4. On the "Create Your Account" screen, fill out the requested information and select "Send Verification Email."



5. Check your email for verification and click the link to verify your e-mail.

    If you don't see a verification code, please check your junk/spam folders.

6. After a successful login, the web app’s dashboard screen will be displayed. Click on the “Resources” link in the left menu. 





7. On the Resources page click on “Self Screening”.






8. After completing the Campus Pass you will be presented with either a green or red pass. You must follow the instructions on the pass. You will also receive an email copy of this pass.  Please print a copy of your emailed pass before you come to campus. You may be asked to display this pass at any time when on campus.
