  2. Click on the UIS application tile.




  3. Once logged in, click on the Personal Information Tab.



  4. Select Account Suite.



    After, you will be taken to the Account Suite where you can invite someone to be able to view your eBill, make payments and start payment plans on your behalf.

  5. For those logging in for the first time, before proceeding to the main page, you will be asked to read and complete 2 consent forms.  

    After reading, click on the “I Agree” green box in the lower right corner to proceed.


  1. To the right of the page, click Authorized User.



  2. Enter the email address of the person you would like to provide online access to your e-Bill, and choose what you would like this person to be able to view, and click Continue.




  3. An email will be sent to the address entered. Once they accept, the Authorized User will be provided a link and separate login to the Account Suite.

  • Every time a new term eBill is uploaded, the student and the Authorized User will receive email notifications.

    The account will lock if the Authorized User enters the password incorrectly too many times. 
    Please wait at least 20 minutes, and the account will automatically unlock.



    If the Authorized user does not remember the password to the account that was created for them, they can click on the “Forgot Password” link listed under the login screen in order to reset it.
