1. Log in to Connect.
    This may be done by visiting connect.stjohns.edu, or using the St. John’s University Connect App on your mobile device.


  2. Choose the New UIS Experience Widget.

  3. Locate the Student Records card and click on Enrollment Verification.

  4. You will be directed to authenticate yourself via the Clearinghouse’s Myhub portal. You will be asked to Accept the terms and Conditions located at the bottom of the screen.

    It will direct you to create 2-step verification to authenticate.

  5. Once in Myhub, you can download your Enrollment Verification letter by clicking on the Self Service area.

    Then, you may download an Enrollment Certificate.

  • Fall Semester: Advanced registration certificates become available in mid-July. Current enrollment certificate become available in mid-September.

  • Summer Session: Current enrollment certificates become available in July.

  • Spring Semester: Advanced registration certificates become available in early January. Current enrollment certificates become available in mid-February.
