Xbox 

 

1. Once on the Main Menu go to SETTINGS  

2. Select ALL SETTINGS then click on NETWORK
3. Choose SET UP WIRELESS NETWORK 

4. From the list of available networks, Select SJUGuest 

5. Once the connection is successful, your console will be online




PlayStation 


1. Once on the Main Menu go to SETTINGS

2. Click on NETWORK 

3. Choose SET UP INTERNET CONNECTION then select USE WI-FI 

4. Connect to SJUGuest then TEST INTERNET CONNECTION 

5. Once the test is successful, you can use your PS online  




Nintendo Switch 


1. Turn on the Nintendo Switch and go to the HOME menu 

2. Select INTERNET then choose INTERNET SETTINGS 

3. Click on CONNECT TO THE INTERNET 

4. Choose SJUGuest from the list then TEST THE CONNECTION 

5. Once the test is successful, click OK to finish the process




Smart Speakers 


1. Most Smart Speakers will connect to SJUGuest using an App such as Alexa or Google Home. For additional help, click on the link below that corresponds with your device

Smart TVs 


1. Most Smart TVs connect to Wi-Fi by clicking on the Menu button on the remote, then select the Wi-Fi or Network option. Once there, connect to SJUGuest  


If you are still having trouble connecting your gaming device or smart device to SJUGuest, please locate the MAC address of your device in the menu settings, and submit it here in our SJUGuest Request Form.




HOW TO ACCESS CABLE TV USING SPECTRUM U


To use our SpectrumU service your device must be connected to SJUMobile Wi-Fi and not SJUGuest. Please follow the instructions below on how to access the service




 
Android

1. On your Android device, launch the Google Play Store 

2. On the Play Store home screen, tap the magnifying glass (Search) icon 

3. In the search bar, type SpectrumU (no spaces) and select the matching SpectrumU app when it appears  

4. Tap the Install button, then Accept

5. Once the installation is complete, the SpectrumU app will appear on your home screen


1. On your iOS device, launch the App Store  

2. In the search bar, type SpectrumU and select the matching SpectrumU app   

                                                     

3. Tap the Free button, then Install App 

4. Once installation is complete, close the App Store and locate the SpectrumU app on your home screen



Laptop 


1. On your laptop go to https://watch.spectrum.net (Computer must be connected to SJUMobile Wi-Fi)  



 1. On your Roku device go to the search tab

 2. Search for Spectrum app and install

 3. Once installed the Spectrum app will be located on your home screen




 ***SJUGuest does not require any password, once the network is selected it should connect automatically***

SJUMobile should only be used on your Phone, Tablet, or Computer. All other devices such as Consoles and Smart Speakers connect to SJUGuest.
