Beginning this week through February 20, 2024, students will be sent an email informing them of the requirement to begin changing their password every 6 months.

If you receive this notification, please know it is legitimate and not part of a scam attempt.

When changing your password for the Sign-On Portal, know that it will be the new password to use for your access to: 

• On-campus wireless internet access with SJUMobile
• Email access with Outlook on your personal devices
• Logging in to an on-campus computer in a classroom or lab
• VPN
