On a Windows Computer:

  1. Click Start, then Run. Type CMD in the OPEN field. Right click on the Command Prompt, and click Run as Administrator.


    2.  Type ipconfig /release, press Enter.

    3.  Type ipconfig/renew, press Enter.

    4.  Close window.

    On a Mac OS computer:

    1. Click on the Apple Symbol in the upper left corner of the screen. Click System Preferences.



      2.  Choose Network from the view menu.


      3. Select Wi-Fi on the left side of the window / or Ethernet depending on how you are connected, then click on the Advanced button in the lower-left corner of the screen.



      4. Select the TCP/IP tab from the top of the screen. Click Renew DHCP Lease and click OK.
