Microsoft Office 365 has a limit of 5 Devices for Office Installation. If you need to install Microsoft Office on a new device, and you are receiving an error that you have exceeded the limit.
You will need to remove a previously authorized device. These are instructions on how to remove an existing device that is on your account.
1. Log in to https://Signon.stjohns.edu, and click on the “Office 365 Office Portal” icon.
2. Once Signed in, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner that either has your initials or contains an avatar that you assigned to it. Click on “View Account.”
