Using the What-If feature in the Student Advisement Reports/DegreeWorks
Students may access the Student Advisement Reports powered by DegreeWorks through signon.stjohns.edu.

Sign in to the portal signon.stjohns.edu.
Once logged on, students and designated advisors can click the "DegreeWorks" widget to access the Student Advisement Report.
A report is automatically generated as soon as you log in to DegreeWorks. All data is broken down into individual cards. Each card represents areas to be met for your degree progress.
To access the “What-if Analysis” click on the What-if tab next to Academic. What-if Analysis displays academic requirements if contemplating switching from the current major.
Once you are in the What-if Analysis section, you need to choose a future Catalog year below.
Then you need to choose a Program that you are interested in.
Once a Program is selected the Level, Degree, College, & Major will be prefilled.
If you wish to add a Minor, you can select from the dropdown. If you do not, you can proceed to the Process button.
A new report will be generated with the new degree requirements.

If you wish to save this, you can print this report using the Print icon on the top right. If you wish to run another report, click on the down arrow in the What-if card to expand the view, followed by the Reset button on the bottom right.
