This system is created for St. John’s University employees, and active students to request a laptop for 1 to 10 days. 

Equipment is picked up and returned by the original requestor in the IT Service Center on Queen Campus.

  1. Select "Sign in to your Account"


  2. Select "Sign in with your St. Johns University Email," and log in with your Sign-on Portal credentials.


  3. Select Book Category. (This is located in the upper-left corner of the screen.)


    Select the category of the item that you wish to book.


  4. Search for the device you are looking to book.


  5. Click "Create Booking" next to the device that you want.


  6. Select an available date and time to pick up the equipment(s), and click NEXT. Equipment is ONLY picked up at IT Service Center. We do NOT make DELIVERIES.


  7. Confirm you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions


  8.  Select Submit
     

 9. A Confirmation page will appear:


You will receive a confirmation email. You will be required to return the equipment to the same pick-up location at the end of your booking period. Equipment that is returned late will incur a fee, which will be applied to your account.
