Windows Device:



On Windows devices, GlobalProtect can be accessed in two ways.


  • By selecting the up arrow in the toolbar on the right side by the clock/time, you can access GlobalProtect. Clicking on the gray globe will take you to GlobalProtect.



  • You can also check your program list for GlobalProtect software to confirm that it is installed.



macOS Device:



On macOS devices, GlobalProtect can be accessed in three ways


The application will not be available on the Dock



  • You can access GlobalProtect by selecting the globe in the top menu bar. You will see a gray globe.

 

  • You can access GlobalProtect in your Applications folder. Select GlobalProtect.app


  • You can access GlobalProtect in your Launchpad. Select GlobalProtect
