1. Open up the Outlook app on your mobile device, and tap on the Office 365 icon in the upper left corner.

2. A sidebar menu will open on the left.

Tap on the “Add Account” icon.


 

3. The following menu will pop up, please
select “Add an email account”.

 

4. If another Microsoft account is found on your device, such as a personal OneDrive, Outlook.com, or Xbox account, it will ask if this is the account that you are wanting to set up in the Outlook app.

If this is not the account that you want to add to your Outlook app, tap “Skip This Account” at the bottom. If no other account is detected, the next step will appear.

 

5. If it is a Gmail account that you are intending to add, please tap on the “Add Google Account” button.


**For all other email accounts, enter the email address of the account that you wish to add and then tap on the “Continue” at the bottom. It will then route to the website of that email provider for you to log in and authorize access.


6. If you chose, Add Google Account, the app will detect if there are any Gmail accounts already set up in the settings of your device. Tap on the account.


If it is a different account that you wish to add, select “Use another account”.


If you mistakenly chose “Add Google Account” on the previous screen, and it is not a Gmail account, tap on the “Not Google” link at the bottom.



7. Once you have logged in to the account that you wish to use in the Outlook app, it will prompt you to authorize access. Scroll down, and tap ALLOW.


8. Your email will now be accessible within your Outlook app on your mobile device.

Tap on the Home icon in the upper left corner to open the sidebar menu.

Once the sidebar is open, you can choose to view all Inboxes together, or separately.

The home icon will allow you to see all accounts in one place for simultaneous viewing.

Tapping on each individual icon will only display the content for that particular account.



 





To display the meetings and appointments in calendars from all accounts together in one view, follow these steps:




1.  To open the Calendar, tap on the icon in the lower right of the Outlook app.
2. Open the calendar settings by tapping on the calendar icon in the upper left.

3. Place a checkmark next to the account of the calendar that you want to display.
