An update to the WebEx platform updated the primary way to sign into WebEx from the web.
- Users in SignOn should click the "Cisco WebEx" button
From here, you should click the "Sign In" button at the top right of the page.
- You will be redirected to a WebEx branded login window asking you to enter your email address. Please enter your St. John's University Email address and click "Sign In"
- If you were recently logged into WebEx or SignOn, you may be redirected directly into the sju.webex.com site page logged in as your self, if not you will then be redirected to SignOn and requested to enter their username and password.
Click "Sign In" and you will enter into sju.webex.com properly.
