This system is created for St. John’s University employees, and active students to request a laptop for long-term situations ( 5+ hours). Equipment is picked up and returned by the original requestor from the IT Service Center on Queen Campus. The IT Service Center is located between Newman and Marillac Halls.

Select sign in with your St. Johns University Email, and log in with your normal sign-on credentials

Click “Book by Category”:

Choose the category of the items that you are looking to book:

Search for the device you are looking to book.

Once it is found select Create booking

Select an available date and time to pick up the equipment(s), then click NEXT.
Equipment is ONLY picked up from the IT Service Center, located between Newman and Marillac Hall. We do NOT make Deliveries. -
Confirm you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions:
Select Submit:

You will receive a confirmation email. You will be required to return the equipment to the same pick-up location at the end of your booking period.
Equipment that is returned late will incur an associated daily late fee and will be applied to your student financial account.
Equipment that is not returned after 5 business days will have replacement fees assessed to the account.
