Sometimes it is necessary to share submission table data with members of the St. John’s Community who do not have an active Formstack Builder License. This can be easily done to any submission table by doing the following:

  1. Login to Formstack and navigate to the submission table you wish to share; select "Sharing"

  2. Next, select "Everything" from the dropdown. This will allow anyone with the link to view and download the submissions as a CSV or Excel sheet. Then, select "Done".

  3. Finally, clicking "Share Link" will copy the URL of that submission table into your device’s clipboard. Anyone with the link can use it to view and download submission data.
