How to Request a Transcript as a College Advantage Student

As a College Advantage student, you have three ways to request your transcript.



E-Transcript

  1. You can request your transcript to be sent electronically through the Parchment link below for a $6 fee. Please create an account through the Parchment site and request your transcript.

2. You can request a free transcript to be mailed through our website by visiting www.stjohns.edu/uis. You will need your St. John’s University X ID number. Please refer back to your billing statement from St. John’s if needed.

  • For the USER ID, please use your X number with a capital X, leaving no spaces (ex. X01234567)

  • For the PIN number, please use Sj (plus the digits of your X number without the X). For security reasons, you may be asked to change your default password.

  • Once you are logged in, click on the “Student” tab

  • Then click on “Student Records

  • Then click on “Request Printed/Official Transcript

  • You will be able to include the name and address where you would like your transcript to be mailed.

  • You can request up to three copies of your transcript per day.

3. Please complete the form in the link below and mail it to the Registrar office, your transcript request will be processed free of charge.
