You can use speech-to-text to create content in Outlook 365 with a microphone and a stable internet connection.

  1. Click on New Email or Reply (noted below with the yellow square outline) to an existing email.


  2. Go to Message > … (ellipsis) > Dictate




  3. Wait for the Dictate button to turn on and start listening.


  4. You may start speaking, and your text will appear in the body of your message.

     

This feature also works with forwarded mails, calendar appointments, and meetings in Outlook.
