Inbox Tip

A course needs to be Published to be able to email students in that particular CRN.

Below are step-by-step procedures.

1 Click the inbox logo on the left-hand global navigation. ​

2 Select Compose New Message (the pencil & paper logo)*​

 

3 Select the course from which you wish to send the message in the drop-down menu.​

4 Then, click the postage stamp icon to the right of the ‘To’ field

5 Select ‘All in…’ to send a message to all users; or alternately manually select individual users to e-mail. ​

6 Fill in your subject line by clicking into the subject box. ​

7 Type your text into the body. ​

8 Click Send.
