The GivePulse LTI is used to integrate GivePulse into curricular areas, enabling faculty to more effectively input and measure community engagement outcomes within their classes. This integration will also streamline faculty’s ability to create and manage community engagement initiatives, opportunities, and projects, and student access to said opportunities directly through their courses.

How do I add this LTI to my course?

  1. Open your course in Canvas.

  2. In Course Navigation, select Settings, then select the Navigation tab.

  3. Scroll down until you find the “GivePulse” tool, click the three dots, and select enable.

    1. Alternatively, click and drag the tool into the list of Enabled navigation items.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

  5. You should now see the GivePulse tool in your Course Navigation menu.
