When trying to log in directly to http://stjohns.hosted.panopto.com , you should see a dropdown menu where you can choose what system to log in through. You will want to make sure that you are using the CanvasProd option to sign in. This will ask you to log into the Sign-On portal if you are not already logged in.

If asked to log into the Sign-On portal, enter your St. John’s University credentials the same way you would at signon.stjohns.edu or connect.stjohns.edu.

Please note that the first time you sign into Panopto, you may be prompted to Authorize Canvas to grant Panopto access to your account. Ensure your name and email appear correctly, then click “Authorize.” This action allows Panopto to connect your Canvas account to Panopto.
