  1. Open your course in Canvas.
    .

  2. Access Panopto by clicking on Panopto Video from the course navigation. Please note that it might take a moment to load the first time, as Panopto is creating the folder.

    *If you do not have Panopto Video in your Canvas course navigation, please see the instructions listed in Panopto Video LTI Support (linked)

  3. You should now see the Panopto folder on your screen. The folder will be named with the term, followed by the name of the course as it appears in the Canvas Course Settings. In the screenshot below, the folder is named “Default Term - IT Testing.” If you were teaching ENG 1100 in Spring 2025, however, the folder would be named “Spring 2025 - Spring 2025 LIT IN A GLOBAL CONTEXT (ENG-1100-0)”

Once created in Canvas, your students in the course will have access to all videos uploaded to this folder automatically.
