Navigate to your Teams calendar, locate your meeting and select Join (yellow circle below).
Share your camera (green arrow below) and your microphone (red arrow below), make sure both features are toggled on. Finally, click on Join now (yellow circle below).
Once you have joined your meeting, you will be assigned a breakout room. You will receive a message: We’ll move you to your assigned room in 10 seconds (yellow circle below). No action is required, this will happen automatically.
Once your breakout room ends, you will receive a notification: We’ll move you back to the main meeting in 10 seconds (yellow circle below). No action is required, this will happen automatically.
Your meeting organizer will end the meeting. No action is required on your behalf.
