Open Teams Calendar, select your meeting and click on your recording (yellow circle below).

Select Open in Stream (yellow circle below).

The recording will open in SharePoint. Select the Share (yellow circle below).

Located at the bottom of the drop down window, click on Manage access (yellow circle below).

Just beneath your recording title, select Share (yellow circle below).

To add a user type their email address (yellow arrow below). Add text to the message field (green arrow below). Select the appropriate access for the user (orange circle below).

Selecting Access

To provide users with the ability to Download and edit, select Can edit (orange arrow below). For users to view and download, select Can view (yellow arrow below). For users to only view the recording, select Can’t download (green arrow below).

Once complete, select Send (yellow circle below).
