This article provides instructions on how to set up your SJU email on your mobile devices.

(For security purposes, ONLY the Microsoft Outlook app is accepted as an app for viewing your email outside of the web version accessed on the Sign-On Portal. Downloading email with Active Sync or Apple Mail clients is no longer accepted, Click here for more information.)


1. Download Microsoft Outlook from your device's app store, found in the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Microsoft Store.

2. Click Add Account.

3. Enter the full SJU email address assigned to you. Then, click CONTINUE.
     **If you are a student, please enter your email address in the format of "@my.stjohns.edu."
        Ex. FirstName.LastNameXX@my.stjohns.edu 


4. The app will redirect to the https://signon.stjohns.edu screen to verify your account.


4. Congratulations! Your mailbox should now be linked. Please give it time to load your emails
