If you have entered your password incorrectly too many times, and have received an error message that your account is locked out, you can unlock your account following these steps:


1. Click on the Unlock link at the bottom of the login screen on https://signon.stjohns.edu..



2. On the unlock screen, enter your entire SJU email address that you use to login. Then, choose "Send SMS" or "Voice Call."


3. Enter the verification code that is automatically sent to you, and click the VERIFY button.


 


4. You will be prompted to answer the security question that you created when you set up your account.



5. If your answer matches what you created, you will receive the following message:

Please have your X number available when you call. You will also be required to confirm additional information to verify your identity to your account.
