1. How do I download the Examplify Software?
Your professor will send you an email with the username and password that you should use to log in to download the software from Examsoft's website. If you have not received one from your professor, please contact your dean's office.

8. My computer froze up in the middle of the Exam. What do I do?
Follow these instructions as indicated by ExamSoft:
A. DO NOT exit the exam. Wait 30 seconds to let Examsoft attempt a backup cycle.
B. Power off the computer by pressing your computer's power button for 10 seconds until you know your computer is completely off
(Alternatively, you can try Windows: CTRL+ALT+DEL select “shut down”, or, Mac press CTRL+ Power button).
C. Wait 5 seconds and then Restart the computer
D. Resume the exam when prompted

What else do I need to know?
Time Accommodations: Alert your instructors ASAP if you require any testing accommodations (e.g. Time and a Half, Double Time, etc..)
Anti-virus programs can affect Examplify performance. Students should temporarily disable antivirus programs before starting any secure exams (and re-enabling after the exam has ended).
Questions about Examsoft use in a course should be sent to your instructor directly. The I.T. Help desk does not have access to reset exams, only your professor.
