Login Instructions for after 4/24/2023:

Previous users:

The first time an existing user logs on, enter the username and select the option “I forgot my password”, and click “Continue On”.

You will be prompted to set a new password.

First-Time ever ordering from this site:

If you have never ordered Business Cards with us before, click “I am a new user”, and then click “Continue on”. You will be required to register your account.

Site Use

After logging in:

Your “Home screen” will display products assigned to you.

The “My Profile” menu will display your information and order history.

To order a product

Please Note: 

For those employees that are based on the Queens campus, be aware that the address listed on your business cards should be listed as:

8000 Utopia Parkway
Queens, NY 11439

  1. Under the Product, choose the quantity from the drop-down list and select Add

  2. The next screen will allow you to personalize your product. A dynamic proof will update on your screen as you enter information.

  3. Review the electronic proof.

  4. Once satisfied with the image, proceed to Checkout (you will be prompted to accept the proof again).

  5. You may also choose to Save the order at this point to complete at a later time.

  6. If Checkout is selected, you will confirm the details on the next screen:

    • Order Quantity

    • Cost Center

    • Shipping Details,

    • Comments if necessary.

  7. Select Review Order to continue.

  8. Review Order Details and proof.

  9. If satisfied, select Send Order.

  10. You will see a confirmation that the order was sent for approval, including your order number and order details.

  11. You will receive an email notification when your order has been approved for production.

To repeat a previous order

  1. Under My Profile, you have the option to view orders that you have placed by selecting My Orders 

  2. Select the order that you would like to repeat by clicking on the order number in the table to view the order details.

  3. At the bottom of the Order Details page, select Re-Order.

  4. The next screen will show you the quantity and a proof of the previous order.

  5. You can select Edit to make changes or Continue to place the order.

  6. On the next screen, you can confirm or update Shipping and Billing information.

    • Select Review Order.

  7. Review order details and when satisfied, select Send Order.

  8. You will see a confirmation page with your order number and order details.

  9. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

  10. If approval is required, you will receive an email notification when your order has been approved for production.
