Who do I contact if I’m a Faculty Member and I need a Digital Measures account?
.
If you are a faculty member and you need a Digital Measures account, you will need to contact your school’s DM representative. If you want to use DM and don’t see your school listed below, your school might not have licensing available. If you wish to use DM and don’t currently have any licenses available, please contact your department chairperson or a dean in your school.

Troubleshooting Steps for Digital Measures School Representatives:
.
Log in to Digital Measures using your Digital Measures Admin Account
.Go to Tools > Users and Security
.
.
-
Search for the user using their Last Name and First Name.
.If the user’s name does not appear, it is possible that their name was spelled incorrectly or their account has not been created yet. Double-check the spelling of the user’s name in the search engine and that the names are in the correct boxes (Last Name first, then First Name). If the user still does not appear, you may still have to create their account.
.
.
Click on the Edit pencil icon next to the user’s name.
.
.
Locate the “Authentication” drop-down. If it says “Local Authentication,” that is the issue. Change Authentication to “Watermark Navigator,” then when complete, click “Save” at the bottom of the screen.
.
.
-
Have the user clear their browser cache and cookies, and then try again.
.-
