You will need to know your login information, found in the “Your Next Steps” box:
Your St. John’s email address and your 3-character security token.

Please visit: https://signon.stjohns.edu, and enter your entire St. John’s email address in the Username field. Press Next to continue.

On the Password page, you will need to combine your student X ID number with the individualized security token displayed in your Applications Portal.
i.e., XID: X00000000, Security Token: !Sj

Your initial temporary password would be: X00000000!Sj

Once entered correctly, you will be prompted to change your password:

Next steps will be to set up your security settings.
Download Okta MFA to your mobile device (cell phone or tablet),
Okta Verify for Android - Google Play Store or Okta Verify for iOS

Once it is installed, click on the Set Up button.

You will be directed to scan the QR code from the Okta Verify App on your mobile device.
.Once your code is scanned, the account will be registered with Okta. The following settings will appear, depending on your mobile device (Android or iOS):

Tap the back arrow to return to the screen. Then, click Done.

After a successful setup, your Sign-On Portal screen will immediately open up to your portal dashboard..
