Download Google Authenticator from your device’s app store:

After installing Google Authenticator on your mobile device, log in to the Sign-On portal at https://signon.stjohns.edu

Select the drop-down arrow at St. John’s University where your name is listed.

Select “Account settings”.

Enter your Password for SignOn and select “Verify”.

Scroll down to “Security methods” and Select Set Up for “Google Authenticator”.

Select “Setup” for Google Authenticator.

Launch the Google Authenticator APP on your mobile device and select “Scan a QR code” to scan the provided code. Select “Next” after scanning the QR code. You may need to scan the QR code from another device.

Enter the numerical code provided by Google Authenticator and select “Verify”.

You have successfully set up your GOOGLE Authenticator for SJU SignOn.
