There are several ways that you can request assistance from I.T.  

First, sign in to our Support Portal. Go to our main page: 

A. If you are a CURRENT student, faculty, or employee, Click on the "Sign In" link in the upper right corner of the page. This will allow you to track your requests, as well as view any items restricted to particular departments.


The page will reroute to the Sign-On Portal. (If you have not signed into this site before, please see these instructions: How do I log in to the Sign-On portal?)


B. If you are unable to log into, due to access issues, or are no longer a student or employee, please visit: You can submit your request as a guest.

  1. REPORT AN INCIDENT - If you have issues with something not working as expected, for example: if any of your accounts not working, SJU-issued laptop not working, Office phone not working, etc.

    Fill out the form and click SUBMIT.

  2. REQUEST NEW SERVICE - For St. John's University Employees in need of requesting new access, new devices, new hardware, or new event support.
    You will be REQUIRED to sign in for this option.


    B. Search the Service Requests available for the form that you need.
