  • logged in and didn’t see any training assigned to me, what do I do?

You can self-enroll in the available courses by clicking on Content Library

    • Core Security Training – required for everyone
    • Supplemental Training - also required for everyone
    • PII Training – this is for those that handle Personal Identifiable Information regularly. Check with your supervisor to see if you should take this course.

  • Why didn’t I receive recertification testing?

    • You must complete either recertification or core Cyber Security training in the last cycle to be eligible for recertification training.
    • If you had not completed last year's training by the due date, you would not be eligible for the recertification training.

  • How is the recertification training different?
    • The content for both is the same. It covers the same 10 modules.
    • The difference is that it asks the questions first, and depending on your responses, your training is limited to modules where you answered incorrectly on those subjects.

  • Can I just take the recertification training?
    • No, you must complete all required training. Complete the standard training and you will be added to next year’s recertification.

  • I didn’t get the PII training, am I supposed to take it?
    • Speak to your supervisor, if they feel you should take it, login to the training system and click on Content Library. PII and Core training are available.
