Log in to New UIS
There are several ways to log in to New UIS, either via Sign-On Portal OR Connect App.

Sign-On Portal

Connect - (This can only be accessed by someone logging in with a St. John’s email address)
Connect can be accessed by downloading the St. John’s U Connect mobile App or visiting https://connect.stjohns.edu - (See: How do I log in to Connect?)
Locate the application titled “New UIS Experience.”
In the Connect App:
In the Sign-On Portal:
Once logged in, search for the “Student Accounts” card. Then, follow the prompts below to navigate to the Payment Plan.
It will redirect you to TouchNet, where you will need to agree to the “Consents and Agreements.” You may review and print out if you would like to.
At the bottom, you will need to click “I Agree and Accept.”
On the right side of the screen, locate the “My Profile Setup” section.
Click on the Authorized Users link.
Enter the email address of the person you would like to provide online access to your eBill, and choose what you would like this person to be able to view, and click Continue.
An email will be sent to the address entered. Once they accept, the Authorized User will be provided a link and separate login to the Account Suite.

Every time a new term eBill is uploaded, the student and the Authorized User will receive email notifications.
The account will lock if the Authorized User enters the password incorrectly too many times.
Please wait at least 20 minutes, and the account will automatically unlock.
If the Authorized user does not remember the password to the account that was created for them, they can click on the “Forgot Password” link listed under the login screen in order to reset it. The email should be sent immediately after submitting it.If the parent does not receive a password reset email, please try to check spam/junk folders. If it is not located there, please add the following domain to prevent it from being blocked:
@touchnet.com
