1. Log in to Connect
There are several ways to log in to the Connect app.
This can be done by downloading the St. John’s U Connect mobile App or visiting https://connect.stjohns.edu - (See: How do I log in to Connect?)
or by logging in to the Sign-On Portal and clicking “Connect.”

2. In Connect, locate the Widget labeled “New UIS Experience.”
(**If you do not see this widget on your dashboard, please click on the button at the top that says “Find New Widgets.” )

Faculty members should have the “Faculty Grading” card on their dashboard.
(If you do not see it, you can add it through discovery by clicking on the blue “Discover More” button at the bottom of the page.)
Locate the Faculty Grading (Non-Law) card and click on Grade Change Request.
If below screen pops up, please click LOG IN WITH SAML to open the Workflow.
Select and enter the following information to complete the Grade Change request:
Term
Section
Student
New Grade
Grade Change Reason
Comments (Optional)

After the form is completed, click the Submit Grade Change button.
The student and Instructor will receive an email confirmation once the Grade Change request has been processed. Below is a sample email.
