1. Log in to New UIS

There are several ways to log in to New UIS.

2. Locate the app labeled “New UIS Experience.”

(**If you do not see this widget on your dashboard, please click on the button at the top that says “Find New Widgets.” )

Faculty should have the “Faculty Courses” card on their dashboard.
.
(If you do not see it, you can add it through discovery by clicking on the blue “Discover More” button at the bottom of the page.  )

3. Locate the Faculty Courses card and click > Class List.

.

Select the Term.
.

Type the CRN in the search box. Then click on the Subject field to view the class list.

The class list will appear below. Options to export or print the list are in the upper right corner. You can select (check/uncheck) the columns you want to display before printing.

To email the entire class, click the checkbox (upper left) to select all, then click on the email icon.

(Note: An email client must be installed on your computer to use this function).

To email an individual student, hover your mouse over a student name and a pop-up card will appear with their information. Click on the email address and your email client will open. Alternatively, right-click on the email address, copy and paste in an email to be sent.
