I have not logged in for the first time, what do I need to do first?

You should have received an email to the email account that you used to apply to the University.
The email contains a security token that is unique to you. It is required to be entered in the temporary password set up specifically for your account. The email will be sent from “[email protected],” with the subject “St. John’s University - Welcome to the Sign-On Portal!”

To locate this email:

Search your email account to see if it went to your spam or junk folders.
Search your deleted folder to see if you accidentally deleted it.
