HOW TO NAVIGATE THE NEW UIS EXPERIENCE
FIND THE NEW UIS EXPERIENCE APP
1. Log in to Connect
There are several ways to log in to the Connect app.

This can be done by downloading the St. John’s U Connect mobile App or visiting https://connect.stjohns.edu - (See: How do I log in to Connect?)
or by logging in to the Sign-On Portal and clicking “Connect.”

2. In Connect, locate the Widget labeled “New UIS Experience.”
(**If you do not see this widget on your dashboard, please click on the button at the top that says “Find New Widgets.” )

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE CARDS
If you are an employee, you will see “Experience cards” on your dashboard. Look for Employee, Employee Resources, New Employee Tasks, Employee Tools and Campus Resources, examples below.

Employee Card: Use My Dashboard to view and update your personal information and emergency contacts; review your earnings, deductions, and pay stubs; and more.
You will find the link to enter your Timesheet under the Employee card.
To update Emergency Contact, go to My Profile link on the Employee card. Scroll down to the Emergency Contact section and click Add New.
New Employee Tasks: Create/modify Direct Deposit information, View W-2 Online Consents
Campus Resources: Update the Emergency Notification number, renew parking permits, or pay for fines through this area.
Employee Resources: Enter the Benefits Portal, register for HR training sessions, and Apply for Tuition Remission.
